- Responsibilities: This team prepares ballots for election of officers, leaders, committee members and delegates, helps leaders of other ministry teams select volunteers to serve in their ministry areas. People who have a heart for incorporation often enjoy serving on the Servant Resources Team.
- Commitment: Currently, the team meets once a month throughout the year and may make a number of phone calls to potential volunteers and candidates between meetings.
- Note: Members of this committee are nominated by the Servant Resource Team and are elected by the congregation for up to two 2-year terms. Only members are eligible to serve on this committee.

Membership Committee Member
- Responsibilities: The membership committee assists the staff with newcomer events, such as brunches and membership classes, receives membership applications, conducts interviews with prospective members, and assists the staff with the assimilation and incorporation process.
- Commitment: Committee meets 2-4 times per year as needed.
- Note: Members of this committee are nominated by the Servant Resources Team and are elected by the congregation for up to two 2-year terms. Only members are eligible to serve on this committee.

New Visitor Ministry Team
Visitor Follow-up Coordinator
- Responsibilities: Recruit and organize a team to call and/or visit visitors who have attended our worship services.
- Commitment: Varies, depending on the number of visitors.

Visitor Follow-up Volunteer
- Responsibilities: Friendly, outgoing people are needed to call and/or visit visitors who have attended our worship services. Answer questions they might have about our church, and encourage them to be a part of our congregation.
- Commitment: Varies, depending on the number of visitors. Ideally, follow-up calls/visits should be completed Monday or Tuesday after the visitor attends.
